Refund policy
Currently, returns are only applicable within the United Arab Emirates.
All items purchased under promotional offers, clearance sales, Buy 1 Get 1 offers, discounted bundles, and special campaigns are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
Due to the nature of skincare, healthcare, and cosmetic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been delivered correctly and are free from defects.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, kindly contact us within 48 hours of delivery at online@hekahealth.ae and provide clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Upon review and verification of the issue, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement of the affected item.
Items will not be eligible for replacement if:
• The product has been opened, used, or tampered with.
• The issue is reported after 48 hours from delivery.
• The item was purchased under a promotional, clearance, or short-expiry offer.
